My approach
Encouraging, positive — and still here to work hard.
I know fitness can feel intimidating, especially when life is busy and you’re trying to juggle everything else.
My aim is to create a space where you feel comfortable enough to start, supported enough to keep going, and challenged enough to see real progress.
The sessions are friendly and uplifting, but they’re not about just turning up and going through the motions. We work hard, we build confidence, and we celebrate the small wins along the way.
