1-to-1 PT
Private sessions for when you want Jane beside you, checking your form and helping you feel less unsure.

Good if you're starting again, nervous about technique or want a quieter first step.
Online Coaching
A plan for home or gym training, with weekly support so you're not left guessing what to do next.

Tuesday Bands
A friendly Tuesday class with bands, bodyweight strength work and options when you need them.

Jane's approach
Straightforward coaching, without the performance.
Jane works with women who want to feel stronger, but don't want fitness to become another stressful thing on the list. Sessions are clear, coached and built around movements you can repeat.
There's no big transformation speech. Just clear training, honest support and someone paying attention to how you're getting on.
Tuesday bands class
A small Tuesday class you can actually stick with.
Bands are simple, but they do the job. Jane uses them for full-body strength, control and confidence in a room that feels friendly rather than overwhelming.
