Current class

Resistance Band Class

A full-body class using resistance bands and bodyweight exercises. It's simple to follow, easy to adapt and a strong first step if you're getting back into exercise.

The tone is warm, but the session still has purpose. You'll be coached through the work, encouraged to push safely and given room to train at the level that suits you.
