I help women, especially mums and busy women, build strength, confidence and routine in a way that feels supportive, realistic and genuinely achievable.
My classes are friendly and welcoming, but they are still proper workouts. You can start where you are, bring your baby if you need to, and leave feeling like you have done something good for yourself.

You do not need to feel fit before you start. You do not need to know exactly what you are doing. You just need a place where you feel comfortable enough to turn up and supported enough to keep going.

Current class
Resistance Band Class
A full-body resistance band class for women who want to build strength, move better and feel more confident. It is simple to follow, low on equipment and suitable if you are getting back into fitness.
The atmosphere is friendly and encouraging, but I will still push you to work hard in a way that is right for you.
- Tuesday mornings, 9:30 to 10:15
- Tuesday evenings, 19:30 to 20:30
- £8.50 per session
