What to expect

Small group training without the intimidating gym feel.

This class is designed for women who want to work hard, but still feel comfortable, supported and able to go at their own pace.

You’ll use resistance bands and bodyweight movements to train your whole body, with Jane guiding you through each exercise clearly.

It’s friendly and encouraging, but it’s still a proper workout. You’ll leave feeling like you’ve done something good for yourself.

Do I need to be fit already?

No. The class is designed so you can start where you are.

Can I bring my baby?

Yes, babies are welcome at both current Tuesday sessions.

What should I bring?

Wear comfortable clothes you can move in and bring water. Jane will confirm anything else you need before class.
