A class for mums to come, workout, get fit and have fun and you can bring your baby with you!

Mums and Babes was created with mums in mind, and its main aims are to enable us to get in a good workout, help to rebuild your core, meet other mums and have fun.

Mum life is difficult and tiring, and life postpartum brings an array of feelings and emotions about our bodies. One thing I want you to remember is that your body is amazing!

The workouts prescribed in our Mums and Babes sessions will help you:

• Rebuild your core muscles
• Build up strength
• Increase your fitness levels
• Build your confidence

How does Mums & Babes work?

Mums and Babes runs on a rolling monthly subscription. When you sign up for your place, that spot is secured at your chosen time & location for as long as you’d like it!

Town Playcafé

Town Playcafé is a family run soft play / role play town in Longwood, Huddersfield aimed at 0 to 6 year olds. With an excellent range of toys and activities, every Mums & Babes session at Town Playcafé includes a free play session afterwards to help you get the most out of your day!
