“Mum and Babes with Jane has genuinely given me kick up the a** to get moving. After two babies in three years it was time to get to some me time. What made this great is that it’s a powerful full body, sweaty class that keeps in mind you are post-Partum. Everyone there is doing the same thing. So it’s nice to know it’s not just you feeling the pinch to work out.”

“Excellent class with an amazing instructor, she shows and talks you through each exercise and doesn’t assume you know and will help you get the correct form if needed. Lots of toys and books to keep babies/children entertained. Recommending it to all my mum friends.”
