Classes
Come once, or make it part of your month. The class is friendly, straightforward and built for women who want to get stronger without walking into a huge gym class. I'll coach you through the movements and give options so you can work at the right level. It's small enough to feel personal, but still has the energy of training with other women.

Pricing
Pay class by class if you're trying it out. Choose the monthly option if you know you want to come each week and prefer the better value. You can keep it simple and book the option that suits your Tuesday.

per month, which works out at £6.50 per class
You can add a resistance band for £5 if you need one.
Pick your class
Both sessions use resistance bands and bodyweight strength work. I talk you through it, give options and keep the class small enough for people to ask questions. The morning and evening classes cover the same style of training, so choose the time that fits your week.

Why bands?
Bands are easy to start with, but they still make you work. I can adjust the resistance and pace so you can train without feeling left behind.
I explain what to do, watch the room and give cues you can actually use. You won't be left guessing whether you're doing it right.
Exercises can be made lighter, harder or slower, depending on what you need that day.
One class a week can be enough to get the habit going, especially if you're walking or doing short sessions at home too.
