Mums and Babes
Work out. Feel good. Bring your baby too.
Mums and babes was created with mums in mind, to enable us to get in a good workout, rebuild your core, meet other mums and have fun. Mum life is difficult and tiring, and with postpartum comes an array of feelings and emotions about our bodies. One thing I want you to remember is that your body is amazing! The workouts prescribed in the mums and babes sessions look to help you:
- Rebuild your core muscles
- Build up strength
- Increase fitness levels
Over the 6 weeks you will complete one class a week and then will have other set workouts links sent to the Whatsapp group to complete.
I would recommend you complete a minimum of 3 workouts in total per week in order to see some results in this time. Once the 6 weeks are complete you would be more than welcome to extend your membership for another 6 weeks for as long as you'd like.

A breath of fresh air
