Meet Jane, the trainer behind Train with Jane.
Train with Jane is exactly what it sounds like: me, working with women in Huddersfield who want to feel stronger, more confident and less lost around exercise. I keep the coaching personal, practical and easy to understand.

My approach
Friendly, clear and still here to do the work.
My sessions are built around good coaching. You should know what you're doing, feel able to ask questions and still finish feeling like you've put proper effort in. I'll give you clear cues, but I won't shout at you or make training feel like a punishment.
This style works well for mums, beginners and women returning to exercise who don't want to be thrown into a busy gym environment before they feel ready.
The aim isn't a quick fix. It's strength, confidence and a routine that still makes sense when normal life gets busy. That means choosing the right starting point, then building patiently.
What Jane isn't
No big gym energy, no huge menu, no pretending.
I don't try to offer everything. The focus is 1-to-1 PT, online coaching and a small Tuesday bands class for women in Huddersfield.
That narrower focus is the point. You get support from the person whose name is on the site, and I get to coach properly rather than spread myself too thin.
If I don't think one of my options is the right fit, I'll say so. The goal is to help you start well, not squeeze everyone into the same route.
