A clear plan for busy weeks.

Online coaching works well if you want my help, but regular in-person sessions are hard to fit in. I'll build the plan, check in with you each week and help you keep going when normal life gets in the way. It's structured, but it still has room for real weeks.

What you get

No random workouts, no guessing what to do next.

I'll set the direction, keep an eye on how you're getting on and adjust the plan when it needs changing. It still feels personal, even when you're training at home or in your own gym. You'll know what to do, what to focus on and when to ask for a tweak.

Personal plan

Your sessions are built around your starting point, your equipment and the time you actually have. Home training, gym training or a bit of both can all work. I'll keep the plan clear enough that you can open it and get on with it.

Weekly check-in

You'll have a simple weekly rhythm for reviewing progress, changing the plan and talking through the things that made training easier or harder.

Simple habits

I'll help you build small routines around training, movement and recovery, without extreme rules or all-or-nothing thinking.

Who it suits

Good if you want help, but not another fixed appointment.

Online coaching works well if you can train at home, in a gym or a mix of both, but you find it hard to stay consistent without a plan and a check-in. It's also useful if your week changes a lot and you need training to flex around it.

If you need hands-on technique coaching every session, start with 1-to-1 PT or choose the hybrid option. If you feel fairly happy training on your own but want direction and accountability, online coaching is probably the better fit.

You don't have to be perfect with the plan for it to work. If a session gets missed, we'll adjust and keep moving rather than starting again from scratch.
