A calmer way to start 1-to-1 training.

If you're nervous about getting started, I'll slow things down and coach you properly. We'll work on technique, confidence and a routine that feels possible in real life, not just on a perfect week. You don't need to arrive feeling fit already.

Best for

Good for technique, confidence and space to ask questions.

This is usually the best fit if you want me beside you while you train. I can check your form, explain what you should feel, and build each session around your body, your energy and your starting point. If something needs extra care, we'll choose the sensible version rather than forcing the exercise.

Technique you can trust

I coach the movement in front of me, not a generic plan on paper. You'll learn what to feel, what to change and how to repeat the movement without second-guessing yourself. That makes training feel less intimidating when you practise again.

A calmer setting

You can ask questions, pause when you need to and get used to training without feeling watched by a full gym floor. It still works you hard, but it doesn't need to feel intimidating.

Support that can change

Some clients stay with PT. Some move into online coaching or the Tuesday class later. You don't have to know the whole plan now, just the first sensible step.

You can start with one session if you want to test the water, or a short block if you'd like a few weeks of consistent support. If you're not sure, tell me where you're at and I'll help you choose. The right option is the one that helps you show up, learn and keep going.

How it starts

It starts with a conversation.

I'll ask what you want help with, what you've tried before and whether anything needs extra care. If you're postnatal, returning after injury or dealing with pain, I may suggest medical or physio advice before certain types of training.

From there, I'll recommend the next step that makes sense. That might be one PT session, a starter block, online coaching or the Tuesday class. The aim is to get you moving with the right amount of support, not sell you the biggest package.
