Why this exists

Starting can feel harder than the training itself.

A lot of women don't need more fitness noise. They need a clear first step, a bit of reassurance and a trainer who won't make them feel silly for asking basic questions.

Strong Starts is where Jane answers those early questions, so you can decide whether class, 1-to-1 PT or online coaching feels like the right fit.

The advice is practical rather than dramatic. If something needs proper medical or clinical input, I'll always point you towards that instead of pretending a guide can cover everything.
