Resistance Band Class

Tuesday bands, small group, Jane coaching you through it.

A friendly class using resistance bands and bodyweight exercises. It's a good fit if you're getting moving again, building strength or looking for a weekly class where babies are welcome. I'll talk you through each section and give you options when you need them. You can work hard without feeling like you've been thrown into a class that's too advanced.

What happens

Full-body strength work, with options when you need them.

You'll use resistance bands and bodyweight movements for legs, glutes, back, shoulders, core and control. I explain each exercise and give options if something needs adapting. I also keep an eye on pace, because good reps matter more than rushing through the set.

The class is friendly, but it isn't just a gentle stretch. You'll work, you'll learn and you'll leave knowing you've done something useful for your body.

Who it's for

For women who want a realistic way to start or restart.

It's a good fit if you're a mum, you're coming back after time away, or you want to build strength without stepping onto a busy gym floor.

You don't need to be the fittest person in the room. You just need to be ready to turn up, listen to the coaching and work at the right level for you.

If you've recently had a baby, tell me before you book. The class can be adapted, but it isn't a clinical postnatal assessment, so it's worth getting medical or pelvic health advice if you have any symptoms or concerns.
